Delivery
We deliver within Sri Lanka. Standard delivery is Rs. 350 per order, including orders with several bottles or an offer pack. Any future free-delivery offer or fee change will be shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery normally takes 3–4 working days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; public holidays, remote locations and courier delays may affect it. Please give a reachable Sri Lankan mobile number and a complete delivery address. Cash on delivery is currently available. Pay the total shown on your order when it arrives. Cards, Koko and Payzy are not active checkout methods until separately enabled. For an address correction, delivery issue or cancellation request, use the Contact page on this website and include your order number. Contact us before dispatch where possible. Dispatched orders may require courier arrangements.
Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, missing or different from your order, contact us through this website's Contact page as soon as you notice the issue. Include the order number, the affected product and clear photographs of the bottle and packaging. Please keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed. We will review the order and confirm the appropriate replacement, refund or return instructions. Do not send a return before receiving the return address and instructions. For a confirmed store error or damaged delivery, we will arrange the appropriate remedy and discuss any return delivery arrangements. Opened or used perfume is not accepted for a change-of-mind return. For an unopened product in its original condition, contact us before returning it so we can confirm eligibility and any applicable delivery costs. No automatic change-of-mind refund is promised. Approved refunds are arranged through an agreed method. Cash-on-delivery purchases cannot be automatically refunded to a card. These store procedures do not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Suwada Scents uses the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries and maintain necessary business records. This may include your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, order items, payment status and messages. Order and enquiry records are stored in our hosting provider’s database. Necessary delivery details may be shared with the delivery courier. When order emails are enabled, the email service receives the details needed to send your confirmation. Authorised store staff and an authorised order-management system may access order data for fulfilment. We do not sell customer contact information. Cash on delivery is currently used. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Your browser may keep your cart, wishlist, selected coupon and offer-display preferences in local or session storage. The admin area uses a secure session cookie. Clearing browser data removes locally stored preferences. We keep records for order support, accounting and dispute handling as needed. You can request access, a correction or deletion through the Contact page; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Newsletter subscriptions are optional and are separate from order-confirmation emails. Never send passwords, payment-card details or API keys through the contact form.
Terms
These terms apply to purchases from Suwada Scents. Product prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). The selected size, quantity, delivery charge and any accepted coupon discount are shown at checkout before you submit an order. A perfume with several sizes is one product with separate size options. Select the required size before adding it to your bag; each size has its own price, SKU and available stock. For an offer pack, the displayed bottle count and size per bottle describe the pack contents. Submitting an order saves your order request. The store may contact you to confirm availability and delivery details. A confirmation email, when available, acknowledges the saved order and does not mean an online payment has been taken. Cash-on-delivery orders are payable when delivered. We aim to show accurate prices and stock. If a genuine listing error or fulfilment problem is identified, we will contact you to explain and agree a correction or cancellation; we will not silently charge a different amount. WELCOME10 is for an eligible first order only. One coupon can be used per order. Coupon eligibility, expiry and product restrictions are checked at checkout. Delivery charges are not discounted by a product coupon unless specifically stated. Product photographs are illustrative; lighting and screens can change the appearance of colours. Fragrance notes describe the scent profile rather than a full ingredient list. Keep perfume away from heat and flame and use it externally as directed. Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. For order changes, complaints or questions, use the Contact page and include your order number. The Delivery, Returns and Privacy policies form part of these terms. Applicable Sri Lankan law and consumer rights remain unaffected.
